Garlic and Honey: Relieves Hypertension, Cold, Cough and Sore Throat

Garlic a readily available home remedy that has been used for ages to cure a cold, cough, sore throat, sinus infection, skin infection, detoxify, reduce blood sugar and high blood pressure. Without a doubt, garlic is a panacea, but raw honey is pretty hard on the palate. A sweet workaround is to soak crushed garlic in raw honey and using it.

  • 10 – 12 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Cup of honey (approx. 300 g)

Take around 10-12 garlic cloves and crush (crushing and not chopping releases the most potent chemical in garlic called Allicin) it. Mix the crushed cloves and raw honey and raw honey in a jar with the lid and leave it overnight and you are good to go.

You can take a tablespoon of garlic with honey on an empty stomach.

PS: Always use raw honey from a reliable source. To prepare the above-mentioned home remedy you can use Raw Forest Honey from Jawadhu hills
