Cancellation & Returns (Damages)
Cancellation will be accepted by mail to email@example.com and by phone to 8056289898, only if request is made before the consignment is shipped.
In-transit damages, if any to be notified in the POD copy of the courier or in the delivery acknowledgement copy & share the images of the product and packing damages.
Replacement will be initiated after verification.
Once refund is approved, we will initiate the payment to your bank account in 5 working days.
